What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Burano Lifestyle products are currently only shipped throughout South Africa. All products currently include free shipping as a value added extra. At this stage no express or overnight shipping options are available

Do You Ship Internationally?

No. There are currently no plans to facilitate international shipping. In the event that there is an increase in demand for international orders the decision will be made whether or not to include this option.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

All products purchased on our website are sent using third party courier services. This means that the degree of control that we have is limited. We aim to have all products shipped to the customer within two working days. In the event that there is a delay the customer will be notified at the earliest convenience.


What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

There are currently two payment methods used to process payments on the website. The first is by means of a Visa or Mastercard. This payment is processed by a third party payment processor called PayFast. The second payment method is by means of a direct bank deposit (Or EFT). Please note that EFTs may take up to two days to reflect and that the order will only be processed at such time that the funds have cleared.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you do not need an account with Burano Lifestyle to place an order. There are benefits associated with having an account such as being able to view your order history and past transactions. In addition to this the creation of an account will allow you to receive promotional content, specials and product launch information.

How Do I Track My Order?

The Burano Lifestyle website will be available to track your order while it is still in the hands of Burano Lilfestyle. Once the order has been handed over to the courier(s) their services may be utilized to track the location of the order. The contact details of the courier applicable to your order will be provided.


Do Burano Lifestyle Products Come with a Warranty?

Yes. There are two warranty periods on all Burano Lifestyle timepieces. The first is a 14 day warranty from date of purchase in which a full refund will be issued and the second is a six month limited warranty under which all factory faults will be repaired at the expense of Burano Lifestyle granted the fault is not caused by misuse by the owner.

What does the Warranty Cover?

The warranty covers any factory faults or defects in workmanship for the duration of the warranty period. Burano Lifestyle undertakes to replace or repair, fully and at no charge to the customer, any product that proves defective as a result of improper workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
